Sonic character in a downhill snowboarding scene. At the start of Sonic 3D Snowboarding you are prompted to select different environments, such as snow, day, night, clouds, fog, and fire. During game play there are several ramps in where you basically hit the space bar on each ramp to do an array of tricks and score points. To score the highest points you must hit the space bar at the exact point in time where Sonic is almost off the ramp to get height and do more extreme tricks. These ramps look like a series of arrows on the snow track. There are 15 ramps in total, and the object is to get the highest score possible before the ramps run out.
